Need help with a monitor or alert?

Send the shop domain and the monitor name. For live checkout incidents, confirm the issue manually first, then use Sentinel evidence to narrow down what changed.

What To Include

  • Your Shopify shop domain.
  • The monitor name and product URL.
  • The alert headline or failed step.
  • Approximate time of the failed run.
  • Any recent theme, app, product, shipping, or payment changes.

Live Checkout Problem

If Sentinel reports a critical failure on a live store:

  1. Open the same product manually in a private browser window.
  2. Try add-to-cart and checkout on desktop and mobile.
  3. Check recent theme/app changes and Shopify checkout settings.
  4. Use the evidence screenshot and failed step to narrow the cause.

False Alarm

If a monitor fails but the store works manually, check whether a custom selector is too strict, a storefront password changed, or a product is unavailable in the tested market.
