Send the shop domain and the monitor name. For live checkout incidents, confirm the issue manually first, then use Sentinel evidence to narrow down what changed.
If Sentinel reports a critical failure on a live store:
If a monitor fails but the store works manually, check whether a custom selector is too strict, a storefront password changed, or a product is unavailable in the tested market.
